1. Where is my order? It is taking longer than expected.
Due to the holiday rush and unexpected weather delays, our order processing time has been impacted. Silicone is best cured in warm temperatures, and the extended winter has caused production delays. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. We are working as quickly as possible and shipping orders as they are completed. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite orders at this time. If you still have questions about your order, please reach out to us via email. 2. I emailed you and never received a response. We have been experiencing issues with our email due to receiving thousands of spam messages per day. To streamline our process, we have updated our FAQs to address common concerns. If you still need assistance after reviewing these FAQs, please send us an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 3. Where can I buy a custom doll? At this time, we are unable to accept custom doll requests. However, we do offer SillyBaby Dolls, which feature a painted face and a full silicone body. You can purchase one here. 4. How do I book an appointment to visit the nursery? To book an appointment, visit the Experiences tab on our website and complete the booking fee payment. Once you’ve paid, follow the instructions on that page to select your date from the calendar. 5. Can I have a free doll? Due to the high cost of materials and production, we are unable to give away free dolls to everyone. However, we do host giveaways! Be sure to sign up for our newsletter here and follow us on social media to stay updated on future giveaways. 6. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries! Please make sure to select and pay the international shipping fee at checkout. Orders placed without the international shipping fee will not be shipped. 7. I am having an issue with the quality of my doll. What should I do? Silicone dolls that are hand-painted are not recommended for children due to their delicate nature. Please find the Silicone Care Instructions here. If you have followed all of the care instructions included in your Going Home Instructions and are still experiencing issues, please send us an email so we can assist you in figuring out the best solution. 8. I am looking for a silicone doll for a child. What do you recommend? If you are looking for a silicone doll for a child, we recommend purchasing from Babeside dolls are made without the extreme delicate features that our dolls have, making them better suited for children’s daily play. However, they are still made of silicone and can be damaged easily. If you must have a silicone doll for your child, this would be our best recommendation. |
